Tucker’s Room Mueller House
A timeless Space for a growing boy
When designing this bedroom, the goal was to put together a room that would grow with Tucker. He is ALL BOY, ALL SPORTS, ALL THE TIME. The industrial shelving that flanks the window is filled with sports memorabilia, old photos of Grandpa and vintage trophies. Tucker’s jersey hangs on a rustic hook rack beneath a vintage inspired baseball sign. The sliding barn door and reclaimed wood wall adds warmth and character to the room. The rest of the room remains neutral and timeless. The upholstered headboard with nailhead detailing and an assortment of linen bedding is comfortable and inviting, a cozy spot for bedtime stories. Baskets, bins and a fabulous reclaimed bench provide plenty of space for toys, books and Tucker’s other treasures. Tucker’s younger brother likes to hide inside the crates turned toy boxes at the foot of the bed.
