Raspberry & Mint Orange Crisps

These little snacks are too good to have just one! The simple, yet flavorful combination of fresh raspberries, mint, and a drizzle of melted white chocolate all on top of a Simple and Crisp Orange slice creates the perfect after school snack, or even sets the bar high for a fantastic party hors d’oeuvre. Try various combinations of berries and crisps to see what you favorites are! At your next gathering, consider trying a “Crisps” bar with all sorts of different toppings and pairings as a healthier alternative to dessert; we’re sure your guests will approve! - ½ cup of white chocolate
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- Fresh mint
- Simple & Crisp Orange
- Melt the white chocolate with a double boiler until smooth, stirring constantly.
- Remove the white chocolate from heat and carefully spoon a dollop of the melted chocolate onto the center of a Simple & Crisp Orange.
- Place a mint leaf and then three raspberries on top of the crisp. Repeat this process with all of the orange slices. Drizzle the remaining white chocolate on top. Enjoy!
