Halloween Napkins for a Spooky Tablesetting

Setting the table

CONTRIBUTED BY KELLE ANNE MCCARTER

Halloween is a few days away and though products may be on sale, don’t be tempted to purchase unoriginal, mass-produced items that will show up at every party. Consider personalizing your spooky gathering with this easy DIY for transferring images and text to napkins. Simply create a custom design on your computer and print it on transfer paper. This will allow you to imprint your ghoulish messages and designs onto your napkins and display them proudly at your event. It’s so simple and your guests will definitely appreciate the effort you put into customizing the party.

Steps
  1. Create your designs with Halloween-inspired phrases like “Trick or Treat” and “Boo”. Remember to reverse the image so that any text reads correctly when transferred.
  2. Print your design on transfer paper with an inkjet printer. Follow the instruction provided on your transfer paper.
  3. Iron the design onto your napkins.
