Enchante Candy Store

Candy Coated Dreams

WRITTEN BY ISABELLE NOVAK  *  PHOTOS BY FANCY FARMGIRL PHOTOGRAPHY FOR WHERE WOMEN COOK

Their “enchanted little things” tag only begins to cover it. Enchanté is a step away from reality into a luxurious Parisian confectionery. Bringing a taste of European charm and culture to Milwaukie, OR, this candy store offers only the most decadent treats. Originally named Milwaukie Popcorn and Candyland, owner Pat Keehner renamed and reinvented the shop in rememberance of her mother’s love for Paris. The slow integration of French-inspired touches has transformed Enchanté into a nationally-recognized designer chocolate and candy dreamland. Keehner makes frequent trips to Paris to ensure authenticity and the ultimate French experience. But the magic doesn’t end at chocolate-dipped marshmallows. Fabulous vintage gifts, gourmet popcorn, and exquisitely packaged candies cover each table nestled under crystal chandeliers. Enchanté will leave you saying, “ooh la la.”
