Designing with Neutrals Anything but Boring

Creating a Space of Interest

Contrary to what you might think – designing with neutrals doesn’t have to be dull! We decided to put together a combination of neutral rooms that we think embody good design principles and textural interest. Here are a few tips on how to use neutrals as a backdrop that is easy to change up, and works into many types of styles.

1. Select a warm neutral shade or two as your inspiration.
2. Find interesting patterns in neutral shades. Using pattern is a great way to bring in some variation and personality to your space.
3. Texture.
4. Variations in paint and woods in the same tones.

Be sure to shop the featured products and also our inspired product picks to create your own neutral space with interest; after all, having a neutral space just allows for more fun to be had with the accessories!
