Did someone say dark chocolate and crusty buttery bread? Yes please! This chocolate raspberry panini is an easy way to make a quick yet decadently divine dessert. Split it with your sweetheart for a mid-day treat, or grill up a few to share at your next dinner party.

Dark Chocolate Raspberry Panini

Ingredients
  • 2 slices of your favorite crusty bread (the sturdier, the better)
  • Dark Chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp of good raspberry jam
  • fresh raspberries
  • butter
Instructions
  1. Pre heat your panini press to a medium / low heat.
  2. Butter your bread and place buttered side down on your cutting board.
  3. On one slice, add the dark chocolate. Break up the squares into pieces so the chocolate covers the whole slice of bread like a chocolate mosaic.
  4. Slather raspberry jam on the other slice.
  5. Place the jam side on top of the chocolate side and transfer to your press.
  6. Cook 3 - 4 minutes on each side or until the chocolate is melted.
  7. Top with fresh raspberries and chocolate shavings.
